I would like to thank all staff past and present of the great care they have took of my husband Allan who was in their care for nearly 7 years. His personal care was excellent he was always clean shaven and properly dressed even though he had no mobility.

Sadly he passed away a few weeks ago but the support I was given in all the time he was there was excellent. So thank you again to all the hard working staff it was very much appreciated. His room was always clean and clothes always freshly laundered. So thank you again for making him so comfortable and the support I was given.

I worked in ainsdale court for 4 years as a senior HCA, loved all the residents they were like a 2nd family to me, staff worked really hard to make the residents feel comfortable and safe in ainsdale court. Ainsdale court felt like home, staff friendly helpful.

Lovely caring home with amazing staff, that go above and beyond for their residents. I especially love their 50's diner and built in pub, which the residents really seem to enjoy. It really feels like a family atmosphere whenever I visit there. My late mother (95) was a resident for 4 weeks before her passing in December 2021. From the day of her admittance to her death, she was treated with dignity. The management went above and beyond with any requests for modifications to her room, they even provided a brand new flat screen TV.

The care staff were wonderful, they took time to talk to mum and assist her. A big thank you to Sonny! I can’t remember everyone else’s name who was involved with mum, but they were fabulous. Her meals were her favourites and there was a wide choice. When she didn’t fancy what was on offer, she could request simple beans on toast or just a boiled egg.

After mum had been there a week, she was able to be taken to the sitting room, a thing we didn’t think we would see!

Once again, thank you management and staff. I’m sorry I have left it so long, but trust this review will help others.
